Turn the wait, mirror or checkout moment into a useful next step.
Use a QR code for an appointment page, a review request, a contact card or a public social profile. Each printed placement should tell customers exactly what they get after scanning.
Match the QR to the place
Reception or checkout
Use a booking, rebooking or contact destination. Write a CTA such as βScan to book your next visit.β
Mirror or waiting area
Show recent work or care tips through a public social profile, not a generic homepage.
Appointment card
Give the card one task: booking, contact saving or a profile follow. Avoid making customers choose among several unclear actions.
Free static QR or Social Profile QR?
A stable booking link or contact card can start as a free static PNG. Regenerate it if the embedded destination changes. A Social Profile QR is a Pro and Business feature for a specific supported profile such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, X, Snapchat or WhatsApp. Free visitors can see the Social QR option but cannot create it.
Use a managed business workflow when a printed campaign needs an editable destination or scan activity over time. That is valuable for repeat placements such as counter cards, window signs or loyalty cards, where you may update the next action later.
Three steps before printing
- Open the actual destination on a phone and make sure it is public and current.
- Write a short call to action beside the QR code so customers know why to scan.
- Scan the exported PNG and the physical print with more than one phone.
Build a QR toolkit for repeat visits.
Start with a booking link QR or vCard contact QR, then compare the dynamic business workflow when you need editable campaigns and scan activity.
