From form to QR

Publish the form first, then choose the sharing surface

01 — Create a private draftStart from the Contact, Quote or Booking template and set the visitor-facing wording.
02 — Publish with notice and consentAdd the identity, purpose, privacy link and consent text before making a form reachable by visitors.
03 — Share a link or QRUse the published destination with a ScanFlick short link, then create or associate a dynamic QR through the existing QR workflow.
Privacy by design

Collect only what the request needs

ScanFlick Forms Studio is built around owner-scoped responses. Published forms include a privacy notice, collection purpose and consent text. Add a privacy-policy URL you control, request only necessary fields and explain the reason for collection in clear language.

Retention note: responses stay visible only to the form owner and are automatically retained for a limited period. Form analytics and QR scans are separate from visitor response content.
Questions

QR Code Forms FAQ

Can I create a QR code for a contact form?

Yes. Create and publish the form in Forms Studio, use its shareable destination with a ScanFlick short link, then create or associate a dynamic QR from the QR workflow.

Can I use a QR code for a quote or booking request?

Yes. Forms Studio provides Quote and Booking-request templates. These are request forms, not a full appointment-calendar system.

Who can read submitted responses?

Responses are visible in the private ScanFlick account that owns the form. They are not exposed in a public vendor console.
